Topic: criminal rights

is it just me or does the criminal have more rights than the victim. soon it will be a case of "you cant throw me in a cell - its against human rights to be put in a cage".

criminals and thugs are getting away with more and more because they hide behind human rights laws.

Re: criminal rights

Seriously. I used to live near a minimum security prison. It was unbelievable! They had a large equestrian center that was one of the best in the area around me. They all had tvs and their living space was quite good. So lame.

Re: criminal rights

i'd tend to agree. i do belive that they do have a little to much power and protection.

however, they are still human beings (for the most part) and should be treated with some consideration. ie, we can't throw a credit card fruader in solitary  and forget about him for the net 30 years

Re: criminal rights

Criminals have no right but they can be considered for the rehabilitation and can be shown right path to go on.
